Love this song and video. It was fresh and vibrant.
I just recently got to watch the BET's Notarized Videos of 2008...I'm sure that's not the exact title but you know what I mean. Anyway, out of the 100 videos I came to the conclusion that this one was my fave. Back in the day I used to be a music video freak, but now not so much. Today they're either predictable or just too damn simple. So I can catch a premiere online once and never see that video again or just not view it at all. Hmph...very unfortunate for me because I wake up everyday to enjoy and discover music. BUT, this video I can honestly say I viewed more than twice...or more than five times. It's colorful which I love and it had the storyline. Good job Alicia well done! Wonderful lyrics for us girls out here because I can recall being that pressed* over a boy....sometimes I even act that way now. =)
*Pressed is being extremely into a person to the point that it becomes annoying. Well not so much for girls but we are quick to refer to a boy as being pressed when we know all the well that we enjoy every minute of the attention he gives. Example: OMG why does he keep calling me? He is SO pressed!
